That chocolate cake with the strawberries looks great! Just got done with a Carrot cake with Creamcheese frosting yesterday, we waited to have my birthday cake till after my labs and doctors appointment. So i really don’t need anymore cake. Happy Birthday to Richard!

Sugar was up a bit, but not diabetic, cholesterol was great. The kidneys also great, must be all the water I drink. The only problem was that my thyroid is to low, to the point I get heart palpitations when I wake up from nodding off, which I do when reading or watching TV. I could take the heart palpitations if they where because of RA.
One of the reasons I get a Carrot Cake for most birthdays is that Mr. 70 likes it and they the boys find it easy to make.
