I figured it out! The film got a “decryption key” error on my Mac laptop, or just failed to load. Tried it on a _very old_ Windows laptop and it worked. Blenheim Films has failed to notify users that only a _Windows_ laptop or desktop will play the film.
Thank you! I still have the issue that for some reason they think I watched it for 48 hours when 48 hours haven’t even passed since I bought it- but that’s great news.
Maybe too many people trying same time? I have to wait until back home… Wish there was a download option but looks like there will be dvds..

Yep, I don’t know why they didn’t make download option available. I could think a reason but I don’t want to believe it’s true 😦

They’ve updated the apps on their websites and listed the browsers that work. I haven’t tried it again yet on my macpro.

Purchased Urban yesterday (Sat 07.04.18) and watched via MacBookPro through Safari with no problems.
