  1. Although I am actually a part time vegan (3 nights a week or so) I will not eat kale. yuck. or salads. more into lentils, beans and rice. yum. But I love meat. Hence, only a part timer vegan. Which is really not a vegan I am guessing. lol.

      Seriously though, if everyone was vegan 50% of the time, it would a great start. there was a campaign a few years ago called Meat Free Monday which aimed to encourage people to eat just one less meat meal a week. Not sure what happened to it although I wondered if the sort of person who eats meat every single day would be highly resistant to change. And the rest of us were probably already observing at least one meat free day already.

    • ohh, but it is rather nice 🙂 have you tried it with a bit of olive oil, lemon and smidge of garlic (or without garlic) or a bit of chili? it peps it up a lot 🙂 same for any salad leaves 🙂 honestly.
