“et” is actually the way many British people pronounce “ate” – past tense for eat! 🙂 Can’t wait to see tonight’s episode. I’m in Canada!! 😀

Ate is the past tense of eat, and et, too?:)

They still spell it “ate” but say “et”. English pronunciation can be so complicated. 🙂
