Ohhh. Don’t know if it’s still there. But maybe they will have a rotating billboard. Won’t help you see it, I know.

I stole it right out from under you. ( I did check to see whether you posted it) But hey – we should blog and reblog this a million times. I love it.

I so agree. I hope it is on a regular loop and that you might be able to see it in person. Are you planning to go look?

We’ve got a snow storm, Ms. California soaking in the sun! But I have to go near that neighborhood this week – maybe Wednesday. So, I may walk over. I’m guessing they have the billboard for the duration of the campaign. Oh – why don’t we ask?

Yes, go ask them! I’m sorry we have beautiful weather. We did get a very light sprinkle of rain last night. Of course, it is cold…for us…and I won’t say here what cold actually is to us. But I can’t seem to keep my feet and hands warm enough.

Make up the guest room.

I’d make up the proverbial one for you, certainly. Unfortunately, there is no literal one.

Ah, it sounds a lot like my guest room, which has an uncanny resemblance to my living room.

Awesome! That iconic kiss *should* be known by everyone in America!

It would help if N & S were aired here more often without being butchered.

It would help if Masterpiece would air it nationwide – to make up for that omission of ten years ago! Maybe when/if Mary Barton is released, they could tack on N&S as a Gaskell gala of sorts. (I have not given up on the possibility of having N&S air where it should have.)

I never really understood how the original omission happened. And, it’s never too late.

It was not a good year for PBS back then, and there might have been power plays by BBC America for airing rights. No one knew this was going to be outrageously good. (Didn’t they watch previews or anything?!) In the end, the American public really lost out on this. Rebecca Eaton needs to explain. Or, preferably, just make restitution by AIRING THIS MASTERPIECE! (I get a little passionate on this subject. lol)

I don’t know if it is the unedited version but it is available for streaming on netflix.

I live in the UK, and I didn’t see it till the re run, after all the crashing of the system stuff. A complete, and very beautiful accident.

It’s been strangely absent from US. TV, although a cable channel aired it in the summer – however, badly cut, from what I heard.

Loved this. Is there a RA fan working on the AXE ad campaign? Or just a connoisseur of kissing scenes? Grateful either way.

I don’t know exactly, but I think Armitagebogger submitted the photo is response to some campaign.

This is great- bet RA would get a kick out of seeing it up there.

Probably. It looks as though they have been changing the images throughout the day. Hope that one finds its way back to the front of the loop.

It was a treat and a surprise, but as far as we know, there was just the one showing. Some tweets to AXE may work in getting it up again. It seems like lots of people submitted their kissing photos.
